近年来,我国传统外贸发展速度放缓,跨境电子商务却保持了快速增长的态势,成为我国外贸的重要增长点。现阶段,我国跨境电子商务发展在通关服务、市场监管体系、结汇方式等方面还有待改进和优化。促进我国跨境电子商务快速、健康发展,应加快推进经济体制改革,加大政策创新力度;优化通关、支付、物流、结汇等服务支撑体系;建立和完善跨境电子商务市场监管体系;加强跨境电子商务国际合作;引导和支持跨境电商平台的发展。

In recent years, China's traditional export growth has slowed down, but cross-border electronic commerce has maintained a rapid growth trend and become an important growth point of China's foreign trade. At present, the development of China's cross-border electronic commerce in the fields of customs clearance service, market supervision system, foreign exchange settlement is still to be improved and optimized. To promote the rapid, healthy development of cross-border electronic commerce in China, we should take the following measures: accelerating the reform of the economic system, promote policy innovation; optimizing the service support system relating to clearance, payment, logistics and foreign exchange settlement; establishing and improving cross-border electronic commerce market supervision system; strengthening international cooperation in cross-border electronic commerce; guiding and supporting the development of cross-border electronic commerce platform.
